Carving Station:
Crostini Table:
A bountiful selection of dips, vegetables, and cheeses, bruscetta with garlic rounds, hummus, with pita wedges, corn and bean salsa with corn chips, accented with a selection of cheeses, marinated mushrooms, artichokes, olives, crudité, and spinach dip.
Soup Station:
A "souper" offering of the delicious soups from the area, all made from the freshest ingredients. Select 3—we’ll add all the necessary condiments:
Far East Station:
Lots of flair! Great tastes with an Asian stir-fry station. Start with white or fried rice and select from an abundant assortment of julienne cut asian vegetables, plus carrots, red peppers, and broccoli. Toss with sweet & spicy or teriyaki sauce and add chicken, shrimp, or tofu to complete your entrée.
Pasta Station:
With a flourish, our chefs will assemble pasta samplers in front of your guests’ eyes.
