Classes

In the Fall of 2002 Loree's Catering launched our first series of in-store culinary classes at our Bethel, CT location. We have been going strong ever since. Students convene around our work benches, watching and participating in a variety of culinary adventures. Students learn all kinds of tips and techniques on how to have a great dinner party or a show stopping brunch. They practive making wonderful harvest pies and super holiday hors d'ouevres. Our class size is limited to 10 students enabling everyone an unobstructed view of the work bench, the freedom to ask any questions, and personal attention from the teacher.
