At our commercial kitchen in Bethel Ct, we offer groups of 10-18 participants^* an exciting opportunity to work hands-on to create a dinner menu, a cocktail party or a dessert buffet-everything from prep to plate!

It becomes very exciting to watch the management skills and dynamics of each team develop into a creative group effort.

Here's how it works:

1. Select a date from our calendar-call Loree at 203-748-0852 for availability.
2. With the assistance of our staff choose a menu.
3. Fine tune the details - times of session, expectations of the group
4. The memories continue after the group leaves our kitchen- all participants are presented with a complete folder of recipes

When the session is over and the dishes are washed -you will leave knowing our team building session has created an environment for building:
